Building on the pivotal role played by Chambers of Commerce, Industry and Agriculture in supporting the national economy, serving the business community, and enhancing a stable and transparent investment environment, the Middle Province Chamber of Commerce, Industry & Agriculture established the Arbitration and Dispute Resolution Center as a specialized body for settling commercial and civil disputes through professional, impartial, and effective means.
The Center was established pursuant to the powers granted to Palestinian commercial chambers to establish specialized arbitration centers, in alignment with the provisions of the Palestinian Arbitration Law and related regulations. The Center is an independent non-profit institution specialized in managing arbitration proceedings and dispute resolution, working to provide a professional and fair environment for parties to resolve their disputes away from the complexities and lengthy procedures of traditional litigation.
The Center also seeks to entrench a culture of arbitration and alternative dispute resolution by providing specialized services, engaging qualified experts and arbitrators, and organizing training and awareness programs that contribute to raising the legal and commercial awareness of business owners.
For the Arbitration and Dispute Resolution Center to be a leading and trusted platform for settling commercial disputes, and a professional reference in arbitration and alternative dispute resolution at both local and international levels.
To provide professional, transparent, and expedient services in arbitration and alternative dispute resolution in accordance with best nationally and internationally recognized practices and standards, contributing to raising awareness of arbitration culture, thereby enhancing a safe business environment that is attractive to local and foreign investment.
