About the Committee

The Economic Committee oversees the study and analysis of economic trends in the Middle Province, prepares recommendations that contribute to supporting and developing the local economy, and helps address the challenges facing Chamber members and the private sector.

General Goal

Support and develop the Palestinian national economy by strengthening the role of the private sector and contributing to building a more capable and sustainable business environment.

Tasks & Responsibilities

Collect and analyze economic and financial data related to various sectors.

Prepare periodic reports on the economic situation and business community needs.

Develop plans and proposals that enhance economic growth within the Chamber's strategic directions.

Study the needs of commercial, industrial, agricultural, and service sectors.

Provide recommendations that help address economic challenges facing members.

Analyze relevant economic and financial policies and their impact on the private sector.

Strengthen cooperation between the Chamber, government entities, and partner institutions.

Organize seminars, workshops, and economic meetings in coordination with relevant committees.

Provide support and advice to startups and small and medium enterprises.
