Strengthen the capabilities of business owners in managing and developing their projects.

Develop training and development policies and procedures within the Chamber.

Organize specialized training workshops and seminars according to sector needs.

Strengthen knowledge and experience exchange among Chamber members and employees.

Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and provide improvement recommendations.

Encourage the use of technology and modern systems in performance development.

Submit recommendations to the Board of Directors regarding future training programs.
